By ordering or using Node4VM services, customers agree to these Terms and applicable policies.
2. Accounts
Customers must provide accurate information, secure credentials and remain responsible for account activity.
3. Billing
Fees, billing cycles, taxes and renewal terms are shown at checkout or on the applicable invoice.
4. Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for software, content, passwords, configuration and independent backups unless explicitly included in a service.
5. Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful or prohibited activity. Material violations can result in restriction, suspension or termination.
6. Availability
Any specific service-level commitment applies only where expressly offered for the relevant service.
